Get To Know Me

Certified Natural Health Therapist.
Mother and grandmother.
Nature admirer.

My name is Stazha and I am a Certified Natural Health Therapist. I am the mother of four beautiful beings and grandmother to two glorious grandchildren. Having been raised on a small hobby farm in the thumb of Michigan, I continue my love of caring for and raising animals, gardening, and family in my adult life. For several years, my children and I raised dairy goats and made luxurious soaps from the milk, selling at local farmer's markets and craft fairs. I've always leaned toward natural healing and a healthier lifestyle. You can see me at Healthy Habitz in Frankenmuth, Michigan, where I see clients and continue to study towards becoming a naturopathic doctor in a few short months. I am blessed to have found the path and resources to make this dream a reality and hope to share my knowledge and experience with the community indefinitely!

Why Naturopathy

What Is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a science and art concerned with the health of the body and the body’s ability to self-heal. This is a traditional practice that addresses the integrity of the individual as a whole by examining the person’s diet and environment, along with their physical, emotional, and spiritual strengths and weaknesses. Naturopathy utilizes many non-invasive therapies and educates the client in order to facilitate recovery and maintenance of health. Naturopathy does not diagnose or cure.
